I am hardcore Reylo trash. I have shipped them since 2015 and ever since the beauty that is The Last Jedi came out I started putting a playlist together on Spotify. Right now its a 7 hours and 30 minutes, I know I know its long but I have really enjoyed putting it together. I update often. Anyways, if you’re into Kylo & Rey you can listen to my playlist below.
Warning, I will talk about MAJOR plot points from the Last Jedi please do not read on if you intend to not be spoiled…
My hopes for Episode IX, thoughts on the Last Jedi Reylo moments, and somethings I noticed while watching the second time.
I’m such Reylo trash that it hurts. I already shipped Rey and Kylo Ren since The Force Awakens, I mean that interrogation scene you guys! so much tension. Anyways, since watching The Last Jedi for the second time. I have been hooked on this ship like an anchor in the freaking sea.
My hopes for Episode IX are that Ben Solo aka Kylo Ren gets redeemed. I mean I think if he doesn’t it would be a waste of the storyline. I do believe that since JJ Abrams is going to be the director of EP IX, and he is the one who started this ship that we can all be assured that a Ben redemption will happen. If not I will be sorely upset!
I also can’t help but think that since we lost our beloved Carrie Fisher, and how that specifically will be written into the storyline for EP IX. I mean in one way if they decide to use that in the next movie it could help lead Ben towards the light because as we saw in The Last Jedi he couldn’t bring himself to kill her. Then he proceeded to shoot down the X wing hanger that did shoot Leia down, so there is still some feeling of something for his mother.
Another big need from me is I want Ben and Rey to be together. I feel if that doesn’t go down then why all this build up especially in TLJ of their intense stares, the freaking hand holding, Rey telling him everything she saw in the cave (which was very personal btw), Kylo offering her to rule alongside him in the Galaxy, the last scene where Kylo looks destroyed inside, but not angry at Rey at all. Rey breathing in super hard because she really and I mean really wants to in my opinion go to him, but she had a job to do and help stop the First Order. You can see it in their faces. They’re not angry at each other there just sad that they can’t be together because of the different sides.
Also, can we give RIAN JOHNSON major props for bring Reylo to a new height? I didn’t expect my ship to turn canon so fast, but I am so happy that it is now. He took the time to put so much detail in the movie not just Reylo wise, but a lot of little things that I happened to notice.
Things I missed while watching the first go at the Last Jedi that I caught by the second time I watched…
Note: Most of these I was like in real hype mode on that first viewing, and like DYING that this was going down between them. I mean I was an OG shipper since TFA so I was SHOOKEETH to the core okay… Anyways
-In the first force bond, I hadn’t realized that Kylo told Rey you will bring Luke Skywalker to me which made me laugh cause he raises his hand and everything and Rey is just like WTF okay um nope.
-In the second force-bond scene I neglected to hear him tell her that I can’t see your surroundings only YOU. My heart!
-When Kylo comes to and he gets up I finally noticed that his lightsaber was back in his hilt again. When we all know in the infamous Throne scene that when Kylo and Rey pull at Luke’s saber (okay legacy lightsaber) and it breaks in half causing Rey and Kylo to fall back. Kylo’s saber was already on the floor because if you remember Rey has to throw Luke’s saber at him to be able to win the fight. Meaning and this warms my little Reylo heart that when Rey (who first wakes up after the blast) to which I am immensely sad and hope this is one of the deleted scenes that she puts back his lightsaber in his hilt. I also failed to think about how in that moment she could have also just killed him… but she does not. She probably told him something meaningful and left to find the resistance.
– When the big ole fight between an angry Kylo and Luke when Kylo kicks his feet the ground leaves a red mark and when Luke does it the ground does not because Luke is projecting himself and not really there. Props to freaking Rian Johnson because details! also which I am dumbfounded that I didn’t notice this but that obviously Kylo and Rey just ripped apart Luke’s saber moments before and yet when he see’s Luke we see him with none other than his saber in hand. Which should have been a dead giveaway that Luke was not really there.
Now on to jsut some of my favorite videos: I watch a lot of them too… too many to count.

First off I want to say I never read this book before. I usually read the book before seeing the movie of a book adaptation, but I was unable this time around. I will be reading the book now because I am interested in what they left out. I actually really liked the storyline and the premise behind this tale. I honestly thought this was going to be like Me Before You or The Fault in Our Stars. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised that no one died in this film. Just to be prepared, I brought a pack of tissues to the early screening I attended last week. I wasn’t sure that I would need them or not.
It was a really cute movie! I liked the characters and their story. However, there were somethings that did not add up. Like the fact that the main character Maddy played by Amanda Stenberg easily applies and gets a credit card just only turning 18 years old. Also the fact that when Maddy and Olly played by Nick Robinson take off to Hawaii they rent out what looks like a nice place and honestly looks like an Air B&B house. Let’s be real in order to book a nice house or condo you have to be at least 21 and there both 18 years old, so that wouldn’t add up. Also the fact that they show Olly in what seems to be a rental car. First off I believe you have to be 21 and show proof of insurance and a credit card in order to rent a car.
Even with those things on my mind about the movie. I still liked it well enough to recommend it. Hopefully, the book will explain some things that I feel needed more of an explanation. As for the music played in the film. I really liked the songs they played in the background and I want to buy the soundtrack.

First off, I have never played the Assasin’s Creed video games. I do however know about them and have only been familiar with them from seeing the commercials on TV and Youtube for years. I am not a gamer of any sort. I only went to see this movie because it generally looked good and I was curious all these years about the storyline and plot of it. That being said I am coming at this movie from a sight of not knowing anything about the game.
I liked the story a lot actually. I felt the whole Assasin’s lifestyle was pretty intense but really great. I enjoyed the special effects and the costumes were awesome. I loved their hoods and gear so much! Fassbender was really good in this movie. I also enjoyed seeing Jeremy Irons who I love as an actor and human being. I did have one problem with the film and that was the noise level. Whoever did the sound editing must have not paid attention to the volumes or something because when they would talk when Cal was hooked up to the machine you could barely hear anything they actors were saying at all. The music was way too loud! Don’t get me wrong the music was amazing and I loved it but it caused me to go wait what did you say half the time. I almost wished I could have rewind the bit, so I could actually hear it properly haha. I think when it comes out on DVD I will have to buy it just for that reason.
Overall it was a pretty decent movie. I liked the fighting scenes, costumes, and actors. I enjoyed it and I liked the storyline enough I might just look into the games and compare it to the movie.
I really did enjoy this film. However, I will say it was quite slow at the beginning. It felt a little draggy in some places.As far as characters go I loved Jyn Erso who is definitely a strong female character and its a nice placement in the Star Wars Universe. I liked how she didn’t play by anyone’s rules but her own. Cassian was quite likable even at first I was hesitant to like him, but he was okay with the ending. It also helped that he was adorable! haha. The android K-2SO had a lot of lines that were really funny.
I liked how this film explains a lot of the stuff we have not seen before. I enjoyed seeing certain people that we have seen before in the past Star Wars films and yes the ending made you want to rewatch episode 4 (A New Hope) to remember and now watch it with new eyes! Highly recommend seeing it if you have not already 🙂

I loved the film so much!! It gave me chills just seeing the WB with the ominous clouds that I grew up seeing right before the Harry Potter films again. I think David Yates did a wonderful job directing. Although I will say it was slow at the beginning of the movie, however, I understood why it was that way. I mean were being introduced to characters we’ve never met and they had to set the setting and time frame so I will give them that.
On to the actors in the film! I thought Eddie Redmayne was absolutely Fantastic! haha, see what I did there… no okay moving on. Anyway, I loved him in the movie. He did a great job as Newt Scamander. Colin Farrel, Ezra Miller, and okay the whole cast was awesome.
I thought the movie was great. I liked being back in the Wizarding World and learning new things like what went on in America. I liked all of the creatures in the film. My favorite beast was Pickett the Bowtruckle. He was too cute. I also loved the Niffler. He was a scene stealer for sure. I thought the cgi was amazing on the beasts, who looked so real and life like.
As for theories I have seen going around and after me reading them for hours and days, oops. No shame! Call me hungry for more. If you have not heard already the Fantastic Beasts series will continue on and in total, there will be 5 movies, so four more to come for us to sink out teeth into. On to the theories!! In one I read that Ariana Dumbledore might have been an obscurial just like Credence Barebone was as we saw in the film. Theories say that that was the reason Dumbledore’s mother was killed. They believe that it was Ariana’s uncontrollable actions that caused the mother to die in a terrible accident . There was another theory that Voldemort could read people’s minds like Greenie could in the film. They explained why he always knew what they were planning or doing. It kind of seems far fetched,but I am not saying it’s not true,but until more proof comes up I will be looking into more theories.
